Great Bowls of Fire — The Great Salt Lake Chilli Affair 2001Each year the Road Home, Salt Lake City's homeless shelter, hosts the Great Salt Lake Chili Affair. A fundraiser to support the homeless shelter by bringing local area chef's together to have a chili cook off and local business donate gifts and services for a silent auction.
